For instance, we have been dealing with Castletownbere Fishermans Co-Op for over 50 years and it's relationships like this that not only make our job more enjoyable but ensure we can deliver great quality produce to you our customers. Some Fish Merchants have their own boats. We prefer to be able to pick the best from whats on offer at fishermens co-ops and small boat fishermen ensuring only fresh great quality fish gets to you the customer.
